This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Music Fusion ("us", "we", or "our") collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the Music Fusion mobile application ("App"). It covers all versions of the App currently available on Google Play.
Music Fusion offers an optional subscription. To subscribe, you must sign in with a Google account. Sign-in is handled by Google. Your email address is used by Google to authenticate you and is passed to the App during sign-in, but it is not stored by us.
The only account information we retain is a user identifier generated by Firebase Authentication. It is stored using Google Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore, and is used solely to manage your account and determine your subscription entitlement. We do not sell this identifier, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising or any other purpose.
We never receive or store your Google account password. Authentication is handled entirely by Google.
Account creation applies to versions of the App that offer a subscription. Versions without a subscription do not require sign-in and do not create an account.
Subscriptions are sold and billed by Google Play, which is the merchant of record. We do not receive or store your payment card details, and we do not retain purchase or payment records. We receive only the current subscription status associated with your account, which we use to determine your entitlement within the App.
Google retains its own transaction and receipt records under its terms. You can review your purchases at Google Play → Order history, and any request regarding those records must be directed to Google.
Earlier versions of Music Fusion displayed advertisements served by third-party ad networks, which may have collected device identifiers and advertising IDs for ad delivery and measurement. Current versions of the App do not display advertisements and do not include any advertising SDK.
We may collect non-personal technical information whenever you interact with our App, such as device type, operating system version, performance analytics, and crash logs.
Our App uses Firebase Analytics, a mobile analytics service provided by Google LLC. Firebase Analytics uses technologies such as cookies or mobile identifiers to collect and analyze information about how the App is used. This helps us improve functionality and user experience. We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect information about crashes and errors within our App, including device model, OS version, and crash logs. This is used solely to diagnose and fix technical issues. See Google's Privacy Policy.
All data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.
You may delete your account and associated data at any time from within the App (Account → Delete account). Because accounts are identified only by an internal identifier available while you are signed in, deletion must be initiated from your signed-in session and cannot be processed by email. Full instructions, including what is deleted and what is retained, are available on our Account Deletion page.
Music Fusion is developed and operated from Canada. Our App does not specifically target users in the European Union. Personal data processing is limited to the account information described above and to technical information required for app stability, analytics, and crash diagnostics.
In accordance with Article 27(2)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), an EU Representative is not required because:

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Users are advised to review this page periodically. Changes become effective immediately upon posting.
